Bill Henebry - Chairman 

Bill Henebry employs his extensive experience of managing significant operations within the computer and electronics industries in his capacity as Chairman of Process Master Limited.

Previously, Bill was Managing Director of KOSTAL Ireland; and was Director of European Manufacturing, Business Development, Logistics, and Distribution for Wang Laboratories Inc. Bill has acted as Director of Eolas, the Irish Technology Agency and has served on the board of the VC company, Kernel Capital.

Bill is a former member of the Governing Body of the University of Limerick. Bill enjoys playing golf badly, to quote, “My handicap is my golf.” 


Alan Crean - President and CEO

With over a decade of leadership in the technology industry, Alan’s entrepreneurial drive will ensure that Process Master will continue to be the worlds fastest growing business administration software provider.

A self starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, Alan is results driven with a  passion for exceeding customer expectations. He holds a number of sales firsts in the IBM World, as well as having led the OnDemand and eBusiness initiatives in their UK channel.

Alan has been at the helm of a number of businesses and has achieved notable success by having his last company place 21st in the FT100 2004 awards. After a successful exit, Process Master was born where his sales and marketing expertise, channel domain knowledge and an objectives-based approach to management will be the catalysts for major success as the business scales to address the huge market demand for effective business process and administration management solutions.

Alan is married to Helena and they have four children. He is an avid rugby supporter of his native Munster and  keenly involved in schools basketball. He is also an advocate for autistic children.


Peter McInally - VP Products and Markets

In his more than 20 years’ management experience in change-intensive environments, Peter McInally’s strategic leadership has driven profitable growth and efficient operations for major international corporations.  Most recently, at Macro4, McInally drove the implementation of best practices in the areas of sales excellence and compliance.  He also ensured that the global governance infrastructure and all partner programs were properly aligned with Macro4’s businesses and Corporate Requirements.

Peter has been seen as a Primary Product and Business Development leader within the BPM industry for 10 years. He has been a member of various Workflow/ BPM industry associations and has been responsible for the acceptance by The UK Local Government Business Standards Group of the BPMN standards. Peter is also accredited obtaining Gartner Magic Quadrants industry leadership Status for W4 Global.

Peter’s main interests are exploring wildlife in the Scottish Highlands with his 2 children, mountain biking and making anything from houses through to furniture.


Steve Brown - CTO       

Steve Brown is a globally recognized Business Process Management (BPM) pioneer and luminary. Steve was the CTO of Metastorm, the leading pure-play BPM vendor, and co-founder of Sysgenics, the original developers of the Metastorm BPM product, of which he was the original visionary (in 1990) and architect (until 2003). Steve has twice been nominated for the prestigious  Workflow Management Coalition’s Mannheim award, and served on the OASIS Technical Committee defining the original WS-BPEL standard and he is a focused advocate for the advancement of workflow and BPM standards and awareness.  Brown has over 30 years experience in the field of software development working for a number of software and consultancy companies as well as user organizations.

Steve’s main interests are Liverpool FC, evolutionary psychology, cosmology, rock and roll and, sadly, process and fast cars.


John Gleeson - VP Project Office       

John was at Dell for over 9.5 years and worked in various areas in IT.  John began in IT by setting up the Change Control process in EMEA IT and ran that operation for 4 years.  After that he moved into the EMEA Project Management Office team and worked to establish PMO in EMEA.  He managed that group for 2 years. John worked as Executive Assistant to VP EMEA 1.5 years. He then worked for 1.5 years in Dell IT Engineer team and focusing on Workflow Automation and Marketing Strategy. John has a Bsc in Economics from the London School of Economics.  He worked in Financial Services before joining Dell. John’s main interests in Golf, Running Marathons and Rowing.
