| Process Knowledge Manager |
ProcessPad for the Process Knowledge ManagerThis individual is the key individual with jurisdiction over best practices and process discovery. The Process Knowledge Manager frequently maintains the business rule repository, creates process standards and maintains a database of consultants (internal and external) for specific projects.Sometimes the work done in this role consumes an entire team. As an example, one company can use ProcessPad to understand tax laws and other regulations within each country which it operates. Those rules have to be identified and managed within the organization so that when sales people go into a sales opportunity, they had the latest information and could propose their product set appropriately. ProcessPad is uniquely designed to manage this sales challenge across borders and boundries, especially where different ERP (or just versions of one ERP) and BPM engines exist in each domain. |
